In collaboration with photographer Caitlin Beyer , we explored the hyper local food systems of Catalan specifically the land within walking distance of El Bruc, using walking and movement as a process dictating the menu and ingredients, some native edibles, some propagated generations ago. Highlighting regenerative processes of conscientious consumption and locality.
