Mountain Energy

An invitation to celebrate the bounty of the peak summer plum glean. Visitors were invited to explore the Elsewhere property to find various vessels filled with Shiro Plum shrub (an English dinking vinegar) made of gleaned fruit from Uproot Colorado , gathering leftover crops that without intervention would go to waste.

In addition to the beverages placed about, each cozy sitting area were writings topical to food systems, agriculture, and our place as consumers in the larger web - encouraging participant to reflect and connect.

I held the bar to encourage discussion, answer questions, and pour a few special liberations.
